outdoor setup with 10ft x 10ft tent required | you must have at least 200 lbs. to sufficiently weigh down your tent | no vendor category restrictions | VENDOR RESTRICTIONS - no food vendors of any kind - check with us to approve what you sell before you book ARRIVAL | UNLOAD | PARKING - arrive no earlier than 8 AM - immediately park in the building's garage upon arrival - unload from the garage and cart to the first floor main lobby - bring your parking ticket for security desk to validate SETUP GUIDE - the onsite security staff will direct you where your setup is - vendor spaces are inside the wall of the first floor lobby - setup spaces only allow for one 8ft table for each vendor POWER ACCESS - there are no accessible outlets for vendor use - bring batteries if needed - you must contact us about your power needs before you register BREAKDOWN - do not start breaking down any earlier than 2:45 PM - leave a completely clean area upon your exit BAD WEATHER CONTINGENCY - events will be canceled out-right if the weather is too severe to continue CONTACTS - Sean Jaehne | 281-658-9593 - Amber McNeal | 346-228-4089
