Service Description

outdoor setup with 10ft x 10ft tent required | you must have at least 200 lbs. to sufficiently weigh down your tent | no vendor category restrictions | ARRIVAL | UNLOAD | PARKING - arrive no earlier than 9 AM - immediately park in the nearest lot behind the Lagoon upon arrival - unload from there and meet in the grass field with the four large covered seating structures - you may be asked to park on the street after unloaded in order to give residents priority parking SETUP GUIDE - the onsite management will direct you where your setup is - vendor spaces are against the walking pavement (tent over the grass) - setup spaces require you to bring a 10ft x 10ft tent POWER ACCESS - there are no accessible outlets for vendor use - bring batteries if needed - you must contact us about your power needs before you register BREAKDOWN - do not start breaking down any earlier than 2:45 PM - leave a completely clean area upon your exit BAD WEATHER CONTINGENCY - events will be canceled out-right if the weather is too severe to continue CONTACTS - Sean Jaehne | 281-658-9593 - Amber McNeal | 346-228-4089
