* The Community Management will provide residents FREE beverages (likely wine) to draw them out. OCCURENCES Every First Thursday, 4 PM to 8 PM VENDOR GUIDE - arrival/setup starts by 4 PM - setup will be OUTSIDE nearest the leasing center - bring tents and tables and dressings as needed - NO power is provided - the venue has open restrooms - management staff will direct you onsite
