Service Description

three setup options | indoor setup with one 8ft table | outdoor setup with one 8ft table | outdoor setup with 10ft x 10ft tent | restrictions apply to specific spaces | at least 200 lbs. to sufficiently weigh down your tent (if used) | floor tarps are required for preparation/cooking spaces ARRIVAL | UNLOAD | PARKING - arrive no earlier than 8 AM - upon arrival you can park (free) and unload from the building garage - use the "call button" at the gate to gain access by informing security you are a vendor - cart your materials from the garage to the first floor lobby of the building SETUP GUIDE - the coordinator will designate where each vendor is assigned - there is a setup area inside the lobby and outside in the back patio - vendors inside are granted one 8ft table only - some vendors outside are granted two 8ft tables with no tent setup - other outside vendors are granted a full 10ft x 10ft tent setup - you must have at least 200 lbs. weighing down your tent for potential wind - vendors without tents are placed on a main walkway where they must egress a 3 ft space to allow patrons to pass by to the preceding line of vendors POWER ACCESS - there are no accessible outlets - batteries allowed inside - generators are allowed outside - you must contact us about your power needs before you register FOR COOKING ONSITE - all vendors who prepare food-beverage-dessert items MUST tarp their entire tent's floor space to catch any spills - we do not allow propane use - we do allow butane or electrical cooking equipment - contact us about your equipment needs before you register BREAKDOWN - do not start breaking down any earlier than 1:45 PM - leave a completely clean area upon your exit BAD WEATHER CONTINGENCY - outside setup vendors will be offered to setup in the main lobby's conference room - credits (not refunds) will be decided if the move inside didn't result in success - we credit any cooking-food vendor that cannot safely setup - we do not credit vendors who no-show before we call the cancellation - we do not credit vendors who prematurely leave before we call the cancellation CONTACTS - Sean Jaehne | 281-658-9593 - Amber McNeal | 346-228-4089
