Service Description

REQUIREMENTS - 10ft x 10ft tent canopy in good working order and presentation - tent leg-weights and/or ground stakes - any battery or generator for power usage IMPORTANT HEADSUP - the wind gusts at this location can get STRONG so bring sufficient leg weights (or ground stakes) for your tent - ALL vendors who book are accepted to participate (no curation on the volume of same categories) - the event purpose is to grant ALL vendors a platform (the location) to invite their own following and build a larger customer base afterwards - event flyers are shared and all participating vendors should continuously share it on their social media accounts SETUP & PARKING GUIDE - earliest vendor arrival for setup: 10am - vendors MUST bring tents, tables, and leg-weights for setup - tents are to be no bigger than the standard 10ft x 10ft dimensions - coordinators will direct your setup placement - there are NO usable outlets so bring your own portable generators if needed - there are restrooms accessible onsite at the Little Rey restaurant - FOOD & BEVERAGE must obtain their own temporary health permit at their discretion - contact me (Sean) at 281-658-9593 if you have questions
