Service Description

OCCURENCES Every Last Wednesday of the Month, 4 PM to 8 PM COST - $20/date (non-refundable) given upon arrival to hired coordinator (David Martin) - OR you can use the $75/month membership to void the $20/date cost - no-shows / early-leave can result in vendor explosion REQUIREMENTS (you are only provided the ONE space) - your own 10ft x 10ft tent canopy - your own tent leg-weights - tents must be setup on the grass to the edge of the sidewalk (not on the sidewalk) IMPORTANT HEADSUP - I (Sean) will NOT be onsite as a market manager - David Martin will be the new onsite market manager - David will be social media promoting beforehand and during event dates - a particular vendor will be chosen each event to monitor who shows and moderately guide setup - the wind gusts at this location get STRONG so bring sufficient leg weights for your tent - ALL vendors who book are accepted to participate (even if similar to other participants the same dates) - the event purpose is to grant ALL vendors at all times a consistent platform (the location) to build a following - (generally speaking) participating vendors should always promote themselves ahead each event SETUP GUIDE - arrival/setup within 3:00-3:59 PM is recommended - vendors MUST bring tents, tables, and leg-weights for setup - each vendor is given ONE setup space at 10ft x 10ft dimensions - currently there are NO assigned spaces (David Martin will point out where you go as you arrive) - your tent will be on the grass to the edge of the sidewalk on either of the two sides - one setup side faces towards the other greenspace and apartments (back is facing Westheimer Rd) - the other setup side is facing the office building - there are NO usable outlets so bring your own portable generators if needed - there are restrooms accessible onsite (within The Ivy Apartments from the corner entrance) - FOOD & BEVERAGE must obtain their own temporary health permit at their discretion - contact me (Sean) at 281-658-9593 if you have questions

Cancellation Policy

We understand last minute cancellations will occur, however, we expect all members who need to cancel to inform Pop Shop Spaces via email (popshopspaces@gmail.com) and/or preferably text (281-658-9593).
