Service Description

OCCURENCES - first Saturday 3pm-7pm each month COST - $20/shift (non-refundable) REQUIREMENTS (you are only provided 10ft x 10ft space) - bring your own 10ft x 10ft tent canopy - bring your own tent leg-weights - tents must be setup on the grass to the edge of the sidewalk (not on the sidewalk) - no late arrival or early leave IMPORTANT HEADSUP - the wind gusts at this location get STRONG so bring sufficient leg weights for your tent - ALL vendors who book are accepted to participate (no curation on the volume of same categories) - the event purpose is to grant ALL vendors a platform (the location) to invite their own following and build a larger customer base afterwards - event flyers are shared and all participating vendors should continuously share it on their social media accounts SETUP GUIDE - arrival/setup: 2pm-2:45am - vendors MUST bring tents, tables, and leg-weights for setup - each vendor is given ONE setup space at 10ft x 10ft dimensions - vendors will be lined up side-by-side (tent legs touching) - there are NO usable outlets so bring your own portable generators if needed - there are restrooms accessible onsite (within The Ivy Apartments from the corner entrance) - FOOD & BEVERAGE must obtain their own temporary health permit at their discretion - contact me (Sean) at 281-658-9593 if you have questions

Cancellation Policy

We understand last minute cancellations will occur, however, we expect all members who need to cancel to inform Pop Shop Spaces via email (popshopspaces@gmail.com) and/or preferably text (281-658-9593).
