Service Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION This market is meant to be a permanent, weekly-occurring event. It will occur every Wednesday 4pm-8pm. There are 40 total vendor spaces. Vendor participation will cost $200 /month (which equals $50/date), no matter if the month has four Wednesdays or five. Our intent is to create absolute vendor loyalty by charge for each month ahead. Each month's membership payment must be paid no later than 8 PM the Wednesday before the next month starts. We will setup on the green space between Little Rey restaurant and The Ivy apartments. RESTRICTIONS - no Mexican food that competes with Little Rey Restaurant onsite - contact me for any questions in this regard REQUIREMENTS - 10ft x 10ft tent canopy in good working order and presentation - any tables you need for service - tent leg-weights totaling to a minimum 100lbs - at least 2 bungie cords - any battery or generator for power usage you may need - lights to illuminate inside your tent space during Fall/Winter months SETUP & PARKING GUIDE & BREAKDOWN - earliest vendor arrival for setup: 3 PM - coordinators will direct your setup placement - after you have unloaded park your vehicle toward the railroad tracks just past the apartment garage - breakdown of your tent and materials cannot began any earlier than 7:45 PM - leave your area completely void of trash or materials WEATHER CONTINGENCIES - we will reschedule dates to any day Thursday or Friday if the weather causes a cancellations - if both reschedule days are also weather-compromised then the week will unfortunately be skipped REGARDING FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS - you must obtain your own temporary health permit from the City of Houston POWER USAGE POLICY - there will not be usable outlets for all 40 vendors to use - all vendors must bring any batteries or generator they may need to operate REFUND & CREDIT POLICY - there are NO REFUNDS to vendors who miss dates or experience undesirable sales - refunds are only granted if a vendor is not provided a space for setup - credit will apply for weather-cancelled dates that exceed the Thursday or Friday rollover dates by reducing the next month's cost - credit is not applied to vendors who do not make the rollover dates CONTACT - Sean Jaehne | popshopspaces@gmail.com | 281-658-9593
