outdoor setup with 10ft x 10ft tent required | no vendor category restrictions | you must have at least 200 lbs. to sufficiently weigh down your tent ARRIVAL | UNLOAD | PARKING - arrive no earlier than 8 AM - the campus faces I-10 (Katy Fwy) from the front and Memorial Dr from the back - vehicle parking and unloading area is on the side of the campus that faces Memorial Drive - vendors MUST have a cart or dolly to participate in this event - the setup area is a lengthy walk from your vehicle to the actual space you setup your tent SETUP GUIDE - the coordinator will show each vendor an available setup space upon arrival - spaces require the setup of a 10ft x 10ft tent - you must have at least 200 lbs. weighing down your tent for potential wind POWER ACCESS - there are no accessible outlets - batteries and generators are allowed - you must contact us about your power needs before you register FOR COOKING ONSITE - we do not require floor-tarping for this event since our setup is on grass/dirt - we do not allow propane use - we do allow butane or electrical cooking equipment - contact us about your equipment needs before you register BREAKDOWN - do not start breaking down any earlier than 1:45 PM - leave a completely clean area upon your exit BAD WEATHER CONTINGENCY - all vendors will move under the campus' covered balconies OR inside the hallways - we credit all vendors if we cancel the event - we do not credit vendors who no-show before we call the cancellation - we do not credit vendors who prematurely leave before we call the cancellation CONTACTS - Sean Jaehne | 281-658-9593 - Amber McNeal | 346-228-4089
