no vendor category restrictions | mostly INDOOR setup spaces with up-to TWO 6ft tables | some OUTDOOR setup spaces for any food-beverage-dessert vendors | you roughly get an 6ft length by a 6ft depth space ARRIVAL | UNLOAD | PARKING - arrive no earlier than 3 PM - upon arrival you enter the garage off of Louisiana St - park anywhere near the third level - doorways from the garage to the 3rd floor setup space will be open - do NOT valet or enter the building through the lobby - cart your materials through the doorways within the 3rd level of the garage to the Ballroom SETUP GUIDE - the coordinator will designate where each vendor is assigned - two 6ft tables can either flank each side of your space with a 2ft gap in the middle - or two 6ft tables can go front and back of your space with a 2ft gap in the middle POWER ACCESS - there are some accessible outlets - batteries and generators are allowed - you must contact us about your power needs before you register FOR COOKING ONSITE - propane use is acceptable for outdoor spaces - we do allow butane or electrical cooking equipment - contact us about your equipment needs before you register BREAKDOWN - do not start breaking down any earlier than 7:45 PM - leave a completely clean area upon your exit BAD WEATHER CONTINGENCY - most vendors are inside - there is an auxiliary space for outside vendors to move under cover - we credit all vendors if we cancel the event - we do not credit vendors who no-show before we call the cancellation - we do not credit vendors who prematurely leave before we call the cancellation CONTACTS - Sean Jaehne | 281-658-9593 - Amber McNeal | 346-228-4089
