OCCURENCES Various Dates (Thurs), 4 PM to 8 PM VENDOR GUIDE - arrival/setup starts by 3 PM - loading dock parking and freight elevators will be accommodated - setup will be on the 4th floor of the building (no tents) - all artisan vendors will setup INDOORS (ballroom) - all food vendors will setup OUTDOORS (patio of ballroom) - bring tables and dressings as needed - power is provided via various wall outlets - the venue has open restrooms - Sean Jaehne (281-658-9593) will direct you onsite
