Monthly Neighborhood Event VENDOR GUIDE - arrival/setup starts by 3 PM - setup will be OUTSIDE at the clubhouse parking lot - the property management will direct your setup onsite - bring your own tents and tables for setup - each setup space is a standard 10ft x 10ft space - bring power source if you need it - there are accessible restrooms
