Service Description

there are two outdoor tent-required space setups | food preparations/cooking have their own spaces | all others must claim the alternative spaces | no vendor category restrictions | outdoor setup with 10ft x 10ft tent required | you must have at least 200 lbs. to sufficiently weigh down your tent ARRIVAL | UNLOAD | PARKING - arrive no earlier than 8 AM - upon arrival you can unload off the curbs of either Milam St or Travis St or Capitol St - cart your materials into the pavilion and find the coordinator for space designation - by 9:30 AM all vehicles must be cleared off Capitol St - 601 Travis St is the designated garage ($13 when validated) - bring your 601 Travis St Garage ticket to the coordinator for validation SETUP GUIDE - the coordinator will designate where each vendor is assigned - spaces are strictly assigned and require the setup of a 10ft x 10ft tent - you must have at least 200 lbs. weighing down your tent for potential wind - vendors placed on the pathways must egress a 3 ft space inside their tent to allow patrons to pass through them POWER ACCESS - there are accessible outlets - batteries and generators are allowed - you must contact us about your power needs before you register FOR COOKING ONSITE - all vendors who prepare food-beverage-dessert items MUST tarp their entire tent's floor space to catch any spills - we do not allow propane use - we do allow butane or electrical cooking equipment - contact us about your equipment needs before you register BREAKDOWN - do not start breaking down any earlier than 1:45 PM - leave a completely clean area upon your exit BAD WEATHER CONTINGENCY - there is no alternative weather-safe space for this event - we credit all vendors if we cancel the event - we do not credit vendors who no-show before we call the cancellation - we do not credit vendors who prematurely leave before we call the cancellation CONTACTS - Sean Jaehne | 281-658-9593 - Amber McNeal | 346-228-4089
