Service Description

OCCURENCES Every First Wednesday (Monthly), 10 AM to 2 PM VENDOR GUIDE - arrival/setup starts by 8 AM - you CANNOT setup an earlier than 8 AM - you must wait for Sean Jaehne to direct your setup onsite - vendors do NOT choose their space - setup is outside on the main pavilion - you can you can temporarily park and unload street-side around the building - NO power is provided (bring generator) but must be minimal noise - if generators are noisy then contact Sean ahead of the date at 281-658-9593 - claim any dates you wish to attend but be prepared to be rotated among similar vendors when deemed so by Sean Jaehne - bring your own tents and tables for setup (TENTS ARE REQUIRED) - each setup space is (no-more-than) 10ft x 10ft - the venue has open restrooms - FOOD & BEVERAGE must obtain their own temporary health permit

Cancellation Policy

We understand last minute cancellations will occur, however, we expect all members who need to cancel to inform Pop Shop Spaces via email (popshopspaces@gmail.com) and/or preferably text (281-658-9593).
