Service Description

** all vendors who prepare food-beverage-dessert items MUST tarp their entire tent's floor space to catch any spills ** EVENT RESTRICTIONS - all vendor categories are accepted REQUIREMENTS - a 10ft x 10ft tent in good/working condition - weights and bungie cords to secure the tent - a floor tarp if you are cooking or preparing with anything potential to spill - batteries or generator if you need power - propane or butane if you need to cook onsite ARRIVAL | PARKING | UNLOADING | SETUP - arrive no earlier than 8 AM - upon arrival you can unload off the curbs of either Milam St or Travis St or Capitol St - cart your materials into the pavilion and find the coordinator for space designation - by 9:30 AM all vehicles must be cleared off Capitol St - 601 Travis St is the designated garage ($13 when validated) - bring your 601 Travis St Garage ticket to the coordinator for validation - the coordinator will designate where each vendor is assigned STANDARD SIGNAGE PLACEMENTS - preferrable signage stays within your setup space - we must approve your signage setup if it desired to be outside of your setup space INFORM US AHEAD - if you are cooking onsite - if you need power access or bringing a generator PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE - you must accept all forms of card payments - accepting cash is not required STANDARDS FOR BREAKDOWN - breaking down starts no earlier than 5 minutes from the end time - tents must remain up until 1 minute past the end time - leave your setup area completely clean upon your exit - any spills or damages to the property must be brought to our attention STANDARDS FOR CACNELLATION POLICY - there are no refunds for canceling events - vendors can credit their bookings if they cancel more than 7 days before the event - there will be a $25 charge if we accept a special circumstance cancellation within 7 days in order to credit it to a new date or a new event entirely BAD WEATHER CONTINGENCY - how we handle bad weather contingencies is depended on each event - some events have the ability to bring outside vendors to auxiliary indoor spaces - more events do not have alternative indoor spaces - we credit all vendors if we decide to cancel the event due to weather - we do not credit vendors who no-show before we call the cancellation - we do not credit vendors who prematurely leave before we call the cancellation CONTACT - Sean Jaehne | Contact Second | 281-658-9593
