Service Description

* The Community Management will provide residents FREE beverages (likely wine) to draw them out. VENDOR GUIDE - arrival/setup starts by 3 PM - event last only 2 hours as all residents are ready-and-waiting by 4 PM - setup will be INSIDE the leasing office / clubhouse / activity-room - the security or property management will direct you onsite - bring your own tents and tables for setup - each setup space is roughly 6-7 ft. apart - outlets should be available but limited (ask ahead if needed) - the venue has accessible restrooms

Cancellation Policy

We understand last minute cancellations will occur, however, we expect all members who need to cancel to inform Pop Shop Spaces via email (popshopspaces@gmail.com) and/or preferably text (281-658-9593).
