Service Description

inside setup with three 8ft tables allowed | there are no vendor category restrictions ARRIVAL | UNLOAD | PARKING - arrive no earlier than 8 AM - immediately park in the building's garage across the street upon arrival - unload from the garage and cart across the skybridge to the 2nd floor lobby elevators - go up to the 24th floor where the event setup is - when you leave the building at the end you are to stop at the garage's service desk for parking validation - the garage service desk is located across the skybridge on the right-hand side SETUP GUIDE - the coordinator will direct you where your setup is on the 24th floor - vendor spaces are along the rooms edges against the walls - each vendor is allowed roughly a 10ft x 10ft space with a maximum three 8ft tables POWER ACCESS - there are a limited number of accessible outlets for vendor use - bring batteries if needed - you must contact us about your power needs before you register BREAKDOWN - do not start breaking down any earlier than 1:45 PM - leave a completely clean area upon your exit BAD WEATHER CONTINGENCY - indoor events do not have a bad weather contingency plan CONTACTS - Sean Jaehne | 281-658-9593 - Amber McNeal | 346-228-4089
