Service Description

two setup options | outdoor setup with 10ft x 10ft tent | outdoor setup with one 8ft table | restrictions only apply in table spaces | you must have at least 200 lbs. to sufficiently weigh down your tent (if used) | you must tarp your flooring if you are doing any food-beverage-dessert preparations ARRIVAL | UNLOAD | PARKING - arrive no earlier than 8 AM - upon arrival vendors should park and unload in the building garage - cart from the garage to the front of the building where the setup is in the front parking lot - tell the security staff your vehicle's license plate for validation (there are no tickets) SETUP GUIDE - the coordinator will show each vendor an available setup space upon arrival - majority of spaces require the setup of a 10ft x 10ft tent and have no vendor category restriction - the other spaces are one 8ft table only and cannot allowed food-beverage-dessert preparations/cooking - you must have at least 200 lbs. weighing down your tent for potential wind (if in spaces that require a tent) POWER ACCESS - there are no accessible outlets - batteries and generators are allowed - you must contact us about your power needs before you register FOR COOKING ONSITE - all vendors who prepare food-beverage-dessert items MUST tarp their entire tent's floor space to catch any spills - we do not allow propane use - we do allow butane or electrical cooking equipment - contact us about your equipment needs before you register BREAKDOWN - do not start breaking down any earlier than 1:45 PM - leave a completely clean area upon your exit BAD WEATHER CONTINGENCY - there is no alternative weather-safe space for this event - we credit all vendors if we cancel the event - we do not credit vendors who no-show before we call the cancellation - we do not credit vendors who prematurely leave before we call the cancellation CONTACTS - Sean Jaehne | 281-658-9593 - Amber McNeal | 346-228-4089
