Having 0ver 15 years of experience in Mexican Cuisine and learning to create different fusions. He is Proud of bringing his expertise and flavors to Houston after traveling to Oaxaca, Chiapas, North of Mexico, Veracruz and Mexico D.F. The Taco Guru as he likes to call himself is working on a Keto friendly menu to satisfy Houstonians. Sonyola Granola began its journey 20 years ago, in hopes of creating a great tasting nutritional snack for my family. I wanted something that didn’t have flour (rice or almond), fillers (rice crispies), artificial flavors/colors/dyes, GMO’s (genetically modified organism) and wasn’t hard to chew. We didn’t want a trail mix granola or one with coconuts, fruit etc.. We wanted simple granola.
