Towers of Westchase

Arrive no earlier than 8:30 AM for setup. Upon arrival, vendors should first park in the back garage (free). Park in any visitor space, and avoid anywhere where it is labeled "Reserved." Unload from the garage and cart to front of the building closest to Richmond Avenue; where the building cafeteria is present. You will be directed by either me (Sean Jaehne) or Amber McNeal on where to setup. Setup requires a 10ft x 10ft tent for all vendors.

The bad weather contingency plan for this venue is to try to fit as many vendors as possible inside the lobbies of both buildings. Credit (not refunds) will be decided if the move inside didn't result in success for the vendors who moved from outside to the conference room. Uncooperative vendors who leave the event prematurely, without giving the conference room backup plan a chance, will not receive credit. Cooking food…
