Arrive no earlier than 8:30 AM for setup. Vehicle parking and unloading area is on the side of the campus that faces Memorial Drive. If you enter the campus from I-10 (Katy Fwy), then simply drive around to the opposite side via the access road. All vendors MUST have a cart or dolly to participate in this event. The setup area is a lengthy walk from your vehicle to the actual space you setup your tent, but it is not any issue with use of carts and dollies.

All spaces require the use of a 10ft x 10ft tent setup, and you must have at least 200 lbs. to sufficiently weigh down your tent.

The bad weather contingency plan for this particular event is moving all vendors inside the campus' covered balconies. The balconies are still outdoors, but they eliminate the need of tents. Credit for vendors will be considered…
