About the event
SETUP INSTRUCTIONS:
bring your tent and leg weights for this outdoor setup
arrival/setup can begin as early as 9 AM (2 hrs before the start time is every event standard)
unload in the front parking lot and ask Claudia or any bar staff where your setup space is
once unloaded then re-park your vehicle in the back parking lot (free)
you can begin breakdown no earlier than 2:45 PM
