Arrive no earlier than 8:30 AM for setup. Upon arrival, vendors should first park in the back garage (free). Under no circumstances do vendors cart through the front doorway of the main building. I repeat, do not park in the front lot nor cart through the front doors. Park in any visitor space, and avoid anywhere where it is labeled "Reserved." Unload from the garage and cart to the main building's first floor lobby. At the lobby you will be directed by either me (Sean Jaehne) or Amber McNeal on where to setup. Vendors who purchased the indoor spaces will setup in the lobby, whereas vendors who purchased the outdoor spaces will be setup in the back patio courtyard.

The bad weather contingency plan for outside setup vendors will be that they are brought into the lobby in our auxiliary spaces. Cooking food vendors will be given the most consideration…
