About the event
Arrive no earlier than 8:30 AM for setup. Upon arrival, can unload off of Travis St or Capitol St or Milam St. If you choose to unload off of Capitol St, then you must clear your vehicle from the lane by no later than 9:30 AM. Food trucks will occupy the lane, and any unattended vehicles may be towed away. Once you have arrived and before you start to unload your material, find the onsite coordinator (either Sean Jaehne or Amber McNeal) who will direct you where your assigned space is. After you know what space you will occupy, please start carting your materials to your space as quickly as possible so you can re-park your vehicle into a authorized space.
All spaces require the use of a 10ft x 10ft tent setup, and you must have at least 200 lbs. to sufficiently weigh down your tent.
